This is a service for those who are unsure about clothing sizes, allowing you to try on clothes at home for an additional fee of 550 yen on top of the clothing cost! By adding two pieces of clothing in the sizes you are unsure about (such as S and S+M) along with this fitting service to your cart and completing the payment, you can try on two pieces at home. Keep the one that fits your dog perfectly, and return the size that doesn't fit using the enclosed return envelope along with the checklist within the specified period! Once we confirm the return, we will process a refund for one piece!
*The fitting fee is non-refundable.
• You must purchase at least one piece.
• The fitting service is only available for clothing with sizes.
• Please try on the clothing indoors only.
• Return the items to us within 10 days from the date the product arrives at your home.
• When returning, please check off the checklist included.
• Return the checklist and clothing using the return envelope.
• If the deadline is exceeded, you will be required to purchase both pieces.
• The fitting fee is also non-refundable if you purchase both pieces.
The clothing you return will be managed as products. If damage, excessive hair, stains, or odor transfer is confirmed, we reserve the right to refuse the refund at our discretion, and you will be required to purchase the clothing.
